  • What's the fastest way to reach James?

    Call or text 0274 055 110, James answers his own phone Monday to Saturday, 8am to 6pm. After-hours messages get a reply first thing the next morning. Email is also fine for non-urgent jobs.

  • How quickly will I get a quote back?

    Within 24 hours from the form, usually within a few hours. If you send a couple of photos by SMS or attached to your email, the quote can often come back exact rather than as a range.

  • Do you cover my suburb?

    James services every suburb in the Greater Wellington Region, Wellington City, Hutt Valley, Upper Hutt, Porirua, the Kapiti Coast and the Wairarapa. Standard Wellington rates across the whole region, no travel surcharge.

  • Do I need to be home when you do the work?

    Not at all. As long as James has access to the property and a water tap, he can quote, work and tidy up without you being there. Before-and-after photos come through by email or text once the job's done.

  • What if it rains on the day we book?

    Wellington being Wellington, it happens. Light drizzle is fine for most work, the chemistry actually rinses better in damp conditions. Heavy rain we'll reschedule. James lets you know the night before if it looks marginal.

  • Is there a minimum job charge?

    Yes, $180 for any standalone job. Most customers bundle services (house wash + drive, or roof + gutters) which clears the minimum comfortably and gets the package discount.
