How the partnership works

  1. Refer us to your seller. James contacts the seller within 24 hours, quotes off photos or visits the property.
  2. Schedule against your listing date. We work backward from photo day, typically 4–6 weeks before listing. Roof treatments need that lead time; house washes are quicker.
  3. Photos to you AND the seller. Agency gets the same before-and-after photos the seller does. Useful for listing copy, internal QA, and confirming the job's complete.
  4. Invoiced direct to the seller. No agency overhead or commission complication.

What we handle for pre-listing

Priority 1 (photo day essentials)

House wash, driveway clean, paths and steps, spider-web clearance. $430–1,100 for typical 3-bed Wellington home.

Priority 2 (drone-shot trust)

Roof clean, gutter clear, fence wash, deck wash. $700–1,800 on top, depending on roof complexity.
