How the schedule works
- You join (free, no commitment).
- James picks the right month for your suburb, typically September–November for inland Wellington (before summer), or March–April for coastal homes (ahead of winter southerlies).
- One email reminder lands a few weeks before the scheduled month, with a one-click confirm-or-reschedule.
- James arrives, does the wash, sends photos, invoices at the plan rate.
- Repeat next year.
What it costs
The plan price equals the standard bundle price minus 10%. For a typical 3-bedroom single-storey Wellington home:

What's NOT in the plan
- Emergency cleans between cycles, quoted at standard rates if needed
- Repaint coordination, that's a painter's job, not ours
- Roof repairs or fascia replacement, we'll flag any issues we see but the fix is a builder's trade
